Jujubee (birthname: Airline Inthyrath) is best known as a four-time finalist in the popular reality game contest show, RuPaul’s Drag Race (2026-present), and has developed a robust multi-media presence as a beloved drag performer (on television, podcasts, in web series, music videos, theater, and music recordings).
Jujubee made her feature film debut as a co-star of the action comedy, Stop! That! Train! (2026), co-starring Ginger Minj, Brooke Lynn Hytes, Latrice Royale, Marty Lauter, Monet X Change, Symone, RuPaul Charles (who was also was a lead producer), Sarah Michelle Gellar, Nicole Richie, Raven-Symone, Michelle Visage, Chris Parnell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Charo, Joel McHale, Rachel Bloom, Missi Pyle and Jerry O’Connell under producer Adam Shankman’s direction, produced by World of Wonder/Unapologetic Projects and released by Bleecker Street (U.S.-Canada)/Universal Pictures (International) after premiering at Newfest Film Festival.
Jujubee co-starred in her first voice role in an animated feature, director/writer Matt Bruneau-Richardson’s fantasy adventure, Sirenetta: Part-Time Mermaid (date to be announced), with the voice cast of Ashleigh Heaton, Blake Cordell, Blair Greene-Osako, Joy Ofodu, Melissa Medina, and Jinkx Monsoon, and which was produced by Tiny Siren Animation.
Jujubee was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in Boston, Lowell, Massachusetts, and Fresno, California, by her parents, who were born in Laos and followed the Buddhist faith. Jujubee has two sisters, including one named Susan. Jujubee’s father died when she was 15 years old; soon after, her mother abandoned her and her sisters. Jujubee attended and graduated from Lowell High School, and then graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a B.A. in Theatre Arts.
