Joshua Enck is a Christian-based film director/producer who made his feature debut as director/co-writer/producer/actor with I Heard the Bells (2022), based on the life of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, with Stephen Atherholt, Rachel Day Hughes, and Jonathan Blair, and was distributed by Fathom Events to a $5.7 million gross. Enck was director/co-writer of his second feature and historical drama, A Great Awakening (2026), starring John Paul Sneed (as Benjamin Franklin), Jonathan Blair, and Josh Bates (as Alexander Hamilton), produced by Sight & Sound Films and released widely by Roadside Attractions.
Joshua Enck was born and raised in Mannheim, Pennsylvania, by his father, who was a factory foundryman, and his stay-at-home mother. Enck has two older brothers. Enck attended and graduated from high school in Mannheim. Enck is married to Kristen Enck; the couple has four children.
